Description
The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro-6S is a full-duplex wireless intercom system designed for real-time team communication. This configuration includes six single-sided headsets: one master headset and five follower headsets. Its true-wireless design does not require a bodypack or hub for operation.
Wireless Communication
The system uses digital DECT 6.0 technology in the 1.9 GHz band and provides an operating range of up to 1100 feet (335.3 meters) line of sight. Full-duplex communication allows users to speak and listen simultaneously.
Environmental Noise Cancellation
Each headset features dual-microphone Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) to improve speech intelligibility in noisy environments. The microphone has a cardioid pickup pattern and a frequency response of 150 Hz to 7 kHz. An LED indicates operating status, including whether ENC is enabled or disabled and whether the microphone is muted.
Headset Design and Controls
The single-ear headsets support left- or right-side wearing. Each microphone boom rotates 360° for positioning on either side and can be raised or lowered to mute the microphone. A mute button on the earcup provides an additional control option.
Battery and Charging
Each headset uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Remote headsets provide up to 10 hours of runtime with ENC enabled, while the master headset’s runtime depends on the number of connected follower headsets. The included charging case, 12 batteries, USB cable, and power adapter support charging and battery replacement.
Applications and Expansion
The Solidcom C1 Pro-6S is suitable for communication among production crews working on film and television projects, concerts, and live events. The system supports up to seven remote headsets connected to the master headset without a hub. The Solidcom C1 Pro-HUB base, available separately, allows up to eight remote headsets. The system is also backward-compatible with the Solidcom C1 system.
