Return Policy

If conditions are not met, HDVPARTS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%. * All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. * Hdvparts is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. * Hdvparts is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. * claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. No Return/Exchange on the following: * Any type of Spare parts or Replacement parts for camera or Drones * Open and used Drones or Quadcopters * Monitors * Computers and Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer’s packaging has been opened. * Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable. * All consumable items (e.g., Memory Cards, film, tapes, paper, bulbs, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped. * Any computers built or modified by Hdvparts to customer’s requirements. * Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as “non-returnable” * Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. thru Paypal Gateway, under Paypal policy you will be covered and all your credit card information are covered by paypal policy. Paypal regulations require that the billing address of the order match the billing address associated with your credit card. International orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Fraud Protection Policy For your protection orders are subject to HDVPARTS’s verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or through a secure upload page which we will provide should this be necessary. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers, including country and city codes. HDVPARTS reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment. Shipping Policy
Hdvparts ships with USPS UPS and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. * We ship worldwide (except to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda). * A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt. * “Drop-Ship” items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you. * Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery metho * Orders shipping to Nigeria, Ghana and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed. * If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Hdvparts reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us. * Hdvparts only collects Florida sales tax for purchases made in the State. Sales tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.
International Shipments (Duties/Taxes)
Hdvparts will not accept responsibility for any fees associated with shipments, For international shipments the customer is required to submit a letter confirming this with each order, client will assume responsibility for any international fees associated with the shipment of the order.
