Flexible Multi-Person Wireless Audio
The LARK M3 supports up to four transmitters and four receivers within its wireless architecture. A single receiver can connect to up to four transmitters, while one transmitter can pair with up to four receivers simultaneously.
This flexibility makes the system suitable for interviews, presentations, live streaming, multi-camera production, and other workflows requiring wireless audio distribution across multiple devices.
High-Quality Digital Audio
Designed for clear and detailed voice reproduction, the LARK M3 features a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 70 dB, and a maximum sound pressure level of 125 dB SPL.
The system supports 48 kHz / 24-bit audio and 48 kHz / 32-bit float output in compatible recording environments, providing additional flexibility for post-production.
32-bit Float Compatibility: According to Hollyland, 32-bit float output is supported through compatible third-party audio recording applications on Apple devices. Android devices currently support up to 24-bit output.
Intelligent AI Noise Cancellation
Advanced AI noise cancellation helps reduce unwanted background sounds, including traffic, wind, running water, and air-conditioning noise.
Three adjustable noise reduction levels allow users to adapt the microphone to different recording environments:
- Weak: 10 dB noise reduction
- Medium: 15 dB noise reduction
- Strong: 20 dB noise reduction
Custom Voice Tuning
The LARK M3 offers eight built-in vocal presets, allowing users to adjust the sound of recorded voices. Compatible HollyAudio app controls provide additional fine-tuning, including vocal enhancement and de-essing.
Individual transmitters can use different vocal presets, helping maintain consistent audio quality in multi-speaker productions.
Independent Audio Tracks
For productions requiring separate control over multiple speakers, the LARK M3 supports up to four isolated audio tracks in compatible recording configurations.
Four-track recording is available through supported USB-C computer recording workflows or with the compatible hot shoe adapter. Recording software and accessory requirements may vary.
Compact Magnetic Transmitters
Each transmitter weighs approximately 9 g and features a discreet button-style design with magnetic attachment. The compact form factor helps minimize fabric pulling and provides flexible microphone placement for interviews, presentations, and on-camera use.
Wireless Range and Reliability
Operating on the 2.4 GHz wireless band with adaptive frequency hopping, the LARK M3 delivers transmission distances of up to 300 m (1,000 ft) under open, unobstructed, interference-free conditions.
Actual operating range depends on the surrounding RF environment, obstacles, and device placement.
Battery Life and Charging
Each transmitter provides approximately 8 hours of operation with noise cancellation disabled. With noise cancellation enabled, transmitter operating time is approximately 4 to 4.5 hours.
The camera receiver provides approximately 9 hours of operation. Charging cases supplied with applicable kits provide additional charging capacity for portable operation.
